Since creating the Rotor Transition Program (RTP) concept in 2016, Coast has been the largest producer of RTP pilots. With everything we’ve learned, we want to help you transition into the airlines as effectively as possible. Join us on October 12th to learn everything you need to know about transitioning into the airlines. We’ll help you understand the path, what it will take, and how you’ll receive 100% financing.
Know the ins and outs of Rotor transition
Our partnerships will get you financed
We’ll set you up for long-term success
Our unique Rotor Transition Program (RTP) is now sponsored by our Airline partners. This means they will finance your training, and you’ll be a career airline pilot the day after your End of Active Service (EAS) date. We can get you started with training up to six months before EAS.
Coast has built the Back in the Saddle (BITS) program designed to help reset your currency and get you re-transitioned to aviation. Lose the cubicle and let us help you navigate the pathway that is right for you!
We can help you get started up to a year before you leave the military. We’ll set you up with a custom training plan you can begin right away, and training in your spare time.
By the time you conclude your military career, you’ll be setup to begin your career with the airlines right away.
12 months before EAS
We’ll work with you to prepare your training pathway and financing.
6 months before EAS
Training plans are adapted to fit your spare time while you are still active.
First day after EAS
By the time you reach your EAS date you’ll be a full-time pilot with an airline.
We’ve partnered with several of the top Airlines. They’re looking to dramatically increase their fleet size. Because of your unique background as a Military Aviator, we can get you financed and back in the skies.
As former Military Aviators ourselves, we know the feeling of not being in the cockpit for a while and wanting to get back into it. We’ll specialize your training to get you back in quickly with confidence.
